Liber Vinegar Company
Fine wine makes exceptional vinegar.
Liber Vinegar is named after a grandmother’s nickname (“Liberty without the t-y,” whose college yearbook photo graces the label) and Liber, the Roman goddess of viticulture, wine, fertility, and freedom. Thanks to an abundance of friends in the wine industry, Liber Vinegars are crafted from only the best Napa and Sonoma wines, in single-barrel lots, using a heritage mother passed down from generations. Seasoned oak barrels are matched to the wine grape’s variety, allowing the vinegar to slowly age until it’s ready.
Design and Production Notes
College yearbook images and apothecary bottle provided by the client inspired the vintage design. Labels printed digital 4cp with a diecut deckled edge and faux printed emboss details to keep production costs as low as possible while achieving an old-world effect. Best by date, barrel number, and acidity is hand-rendered on each bottle and contributes to the artisanal nature of the product.
